PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device of an internal combustion engine in which the vaporization of fuel is promoted in starting the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This fuel supply device comprises a fuel heat insulating container 60 insulating the heat of fuel supplied to a fuel passage 20 after the internal combustion engine is stopped and a fuel replacement part replacing the heat insulated fuel with fuel in the fuel passage in or before starting the internal combustion engine. Since the high temperature fuel in the fuel heat insulating container is injected from the beginning of the starting, the vaporization of fuel in the starting can be more promoted. The fuel heat insulating container insulates the temperature of the fuel supplied to the fuel passage for injection into a cylinder 41 or an intake passage 44 during the operation of the internal combustion engine so that the lowering of the temperature of the fuel in the fuel passage can be suppressed after the internal combustion engine is stopped.
