PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom reform member formed of polyolefine resin, having visually excellent reformed surfaces, producing no saw dust, reduced in weight, having excellent workability such as excellent cutting performance, and having excellent economic efficiency and a bathroom reform method using the bathroom reform member. SOLUTION: In this bathroom reform member, a decorative film is stuck on at least one face of a polyolefine resin tubular foam body, and the averaged value of the aspect ratio Dz/Dxy of air bubbles in the plate-like foam body is 1.1 to 4.0.
