PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a leveling apparatus of a transplanter, which can prevent the entanglement of impurities such as grasses and straws to improve the leveling performance. SOLUTION: This leveling apparatus of the transplanter in which a leveling rotor 40 is attached in the front of a planting section 24 supported on the rear portion of a travel machine body 13 is characterized in that the leveling rotor 40 has attaching plates 60 attached to a rotor shaft 41 and six leveling plates arranged on the outer periphery of each attaching plate 60 at an approximately equal distance and that entanglement-preventing members 64 are attached to the radial insides of the leveling plates 61 projected in the axial outer direction from the attaching plates 60 and at the axial ends of the leveling rotor 40. The entanglement-preventing members 64 can prevent that impurities such as grasses and straws enter from circumferential spaces between the leveling plates 61 to entangle on the rotor shaft 41.
