发明名称 ALUMINIUM COATING CONDENSER CASING HAVING MAIN MATERIAL LAYER MADE OF IRON AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: An aluminium coating condenser casing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the casing which is capable of electromagnetic field shielding function by forming a main material layer using a low cost iron. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium coating condenser casing(10) includes an electromagnetic field shielding layer(12), a diffusion barrier layer(13) and a surface protection layer(14). The electromagnetic field shielding layer is made of aluminium for blocking electromagnetic field on an upper and lower surfaces of a main material layer made of an iron. The diffusion barrier layer is made of an alloy composed of the iron and aluminium between the electromagnetic field shielding layer and the main material layer for preventing an iron molecule in the main material layer from being diffused through an aluminum molecule. The surface protection layer is made of an aluminium oxide on a surface of the electromagnetic field shielding layer for improving a surface strength by preventing oxidation of the aluminium.
