A molding method capable of molding, in a short time, a molded article formed in a shape like a container formed in a three-dimensional shape and having thin-walled side walls and a deep recessed bottom even if a molding material with deteriorated formability like a low environmental load material is used, wherein the filling of the molding material into the cavity of a die device is started before a step for closing the die of the die device is completed, the filling of the molding material of a specified amount is completed before the step for closing the die is completed, and a step for clamping the die of the die device is performed after the step for closing the die is completed, whereby the molded article formed of the low environmental load material can be molded.
