A force sensory mechanism (101) and an evaluation device co-operating therewith are provided in a mechanical and electrical releasable binding (104), whereby said evaluation device evaluates the temporal progression of forces which are active between the shoe (102) and shoe holder (103) and controls the release or the release control of the binding or a display for a mechanically desired adjustment of the binding according to said temporal progression. As a result, adjustment to the abilities of the skier can be achieved automatically. |
