PURPOSE: An apparatus for inserting and ejecting a battery cover in a mobile terminal is provided to easily and rapidly separate a battery cover from a front cover by making the battery cover moved in the vertical, downward direction of the front cover when a hooking protrusion part and an inclined protrusion part are separated as a battery locker is pushed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inserting and ejecting a battery cover(40) in a mobile terminal consists of a front cover(10), a battery locker(20), a rear deco(30), and the battery cover(40). The front cover(10) has various selection buttons at its front side. On the rear side of the front cover(10), a battery(B) is mounted and fixed. The battery locker(20), installed at the upper half part of the rear side of the front cover(10), inserts and ejects the battery cover(40). The rear deco(30), containing the battery locker(20), protects the upper half part of the rear side of the front cover(10). The battery cover(40) to protect the battery(B) mounted and fixed on the rear side of the front cover(10) is caught on the battery locker(20) and combined with the front cover(10).
