PURPOSE: To provide an injection molding apparatus for manufacturing metallic parts by comprising a melting furnace for accurately weighing casting metal and eliminating protrusions on the periphery of castings and a metal supply system disposed in the melting furnace, and a method for manufacturing metallic parts by using the injection molding apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The injection molding apparatus comprises a melting furnace(1); a metal supply system(2) including a pump disposed in the melting furnace; a first metal entrance through which metal(16) is supplied into the metal supply system from the melting furnace; a vertical injection device(3) suitable for injecting a liquid metal into a mold; and a second metal entrance through which metal is supplied into the vertical injection device from the metal supply system, wherein the metal supply system is firmly attached to the vertical injection device, and the metal supply system is disposed in such a way that it is movable into the melting furnace.
