PURPOSE: A construction method for a bridge by ILM(Incremental Launching Method) using a horizontal shift unit is provided to apply for the horizontal alignment of a bridge having various curved shapes by receiving the horizontal force of an upper structure of a bridge and making horizontal movement possible. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a bridge by ILM(Incremental Launching Method) using a horizontal shift unit comprises the steps of: completing the extrusion of an upper structure(300a) in a lower structure by manufacturing and extruding segments for an upper structure of a bridge continuously in a mold manufactory; installing a first bridge on a lower structure of parallel bridges installed next to the extruded upper structure(300a) by moving the extruded upper structure(300a) horizontally using a horizontal shift unit(400) installed between lower structures; and completing parallel bridges by manufacturing and extruding segments for an upper structure of a bridge in the same mold manufactory again.
