摘要 PURPOSE: A shift register for use in a column driving circuit of a liquid crystal driving device is provided to reduce the area of the circuit by removing the capacitor used in a conventional shift register. CONSTITUTION: A shift register for use in a column driving circuit of a liquid crystal driving device includes a first to a third transistors(Tc,Td,Tf). The drain and the gate of the first transistor(Tc) is connected to each other. The source of the first transistor is commonly connected to the drain of the second transistor(Td) and the gate of the third transistor(Tf). The source of the second transistor is connected to the off voltage as a low voltage. The capacitor(C) is connected between the gate and the source of the third transistor. The (n-1)th gate line voltage supply terminal is connected to the drain of the first transistor. And, the first clock signal is applied to the drain of the third transistor and the second clock signal is applied to the gate of the second transistor.
