PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file-relating device, by which even a general user who has no expert knowledge can easily relate a movie file to an attached image file. SOLUTION: A time designation means 1c designates the time code of a movie file stored in a movie file storage means 1a, an attached image file designation means 1d designates an attached image file, a relating data generating means 1e generates related data which results in relating the attached image file to the time code and a related data storage means 1f stores the generated related data.
