PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a gas hydrate, capable of producing the gas hydrate having a low water content, capable of improving the storage efficiency and transport efficiency by extremely simplifying the dehydrating operation at a post-process, and capable of decreasing an operation cost by improving the production efficiency of the gas hydrate. SOLUTION: This apparatus 3 for producing the gas hydrate by hydrating a gas containing a hydrate-forming material has an apparatus body 30, a gas- feeding pipeline 31 for feeding the gas containing the hydrate-forming material in the apparatus body 30, a rotary drum 32 having a hydrophilic drum surface 32a, and rotatable in the apparatus body 30, a water screen-forming means 34 for forming the water screen on the surface 32a of the drum 30, and a scraper 36 for removing the gas hydrate formed by hydrating the hydrate-forming material with the water screen, from the surface 32a of the drum 30. |
