PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the quantity of residual ink through a simple arrangement by using up ink surely and to prevent incomplete ink ejection or lowering of record image quality by removing dust mixed into ink or deposit generated in the ink. SOLUTION: A lead-out tube 129 is provided to extend from the ink supply part 145 of an ink containing section 142 to the vicinity of lowest plane at the lowest level of the ink containing section and a porous material 150 exhibiting capillarity under a state touching the lowest plane is fixed to the opening at the forward end of the lead-out tube. |
