The structure has an engine connected to a driving wheel (10) through upper and lower connection arms (4, 5). The arms are hinged from the engine and wheel sides, respectively at upper and lower rotation axes (6, 7) and at upper and lower rotation axes (8, 9). A distance between the engine exit axis (1) and an axis of a driven pulley remains constant during the entire excursion movement of a suspension of the wheel.
