SOLUTION: A magnetic body 18 made of a ferrite core or the like is provided so that one portion of the cord 12 of the ear phone 10 can be covered, and a flexible lossy dielectric 20 made of a nonwoven fabric or the like is provided so that the magnetic body 18 is covered. |
