PURPOSE: A high-pressure vapor discharge lamp is provided to reduce a connection portion of a lead line and simplify a fabrication process of a mount by substituting the lead line with a transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting tube(22) as a light source of a lamp includes a first input terminal(21) and a second input terminal(23). A transparent conductive layer(12) is coated on an inner face of an external sphere(11). An insulating phosphor material(13) is coated on the transparent conductive layer(12). A first stem(28) and a second stem(29) are installed at a lower portion of the external sphere(11). A first lead line(16) is extended from the first input terminal(21) of the light emitting tube(22). The first lead line(16) is connected to the transparent conductive layer(12). A second lead line(17) is connected to the second input terminal(23) and the second stem(29). A third lead line(16') is connected to the transparent conductive layer(12) and the first stem(28).
