PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipolar connector for pressure contact connection reusable by easily pressure-contacting and separating a plurality of cables to and from each corresponding contact without using a large press or the like, and to provide a method of assembling for the connector and a harness body using this connector. SOLUTION: Each of pressure contact blocks 50, 60 to which a single wire cable 70 is mounted is separately, independently moved toward each corresponding contact 40, and each cable 70 is separately pressure-contacted to a pressure contact terminal 41.
