PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in the conventional broadcast receiver station-selection of tuner cannot be set from the side of the associated service enterprise. SOLUTION: A receiver is mounted with a tuner which is controllable from the service enterprise side, in addition to a tuner with which a viewer can freely select the station. The broadcaster transmits broadcast waves, having information for setting station-selection added therewith, and the receiver which has received the waves sets station-selection of the tuner controllable from the service enterprise side, based on the added information for setting station- selection.
