PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique whereby the number of transmission times can be increased by fully securing a frequency isolation between signals, and which can be realized simply without using large and expensive parts. SOLUTION: When burst signals 22a and 22b having different frequencies are to be transmitted alternately, weighting is executed so that envelopes 23a and 23b of the signals change in accordance with a function such as a Gauss' function or the like. As a result, a frequency spectrum of transmission signals is restricted from spreading, and the isolation by detuning frequencies is secured. Since a transmission period T of the signals is shortened, the number of transmission times can be increased.
