Twirling dip tube

A fluid pump dispenser includes a spring biased pump piston (34) having a generally hollow stem (30) and reciprocable between pressure and return strokes within a pump cylinder (40) therewith defining a variable volume pump chamber (26) for dispensing fluid through a discharge opening (22) at an outer end of the stem. The stem (30) defines a valve controlled discharge passage (62) leading from the pump chamber (26) to the discharge opening (22). A driver nut (28) may be mounted adjacent the pump piston (34) and include at least one flange engaged with at least one respective spiral turn on a spindle (24) disposed within the pump chamber (26) to thereby rotate the spindle (24) during reciprocation of the pump piston. A dip tube (16) may be disposable within a container (12) and affixed to the spindle (24) for rotation with the spindle. A figurine (14) may be mounted onto the dip tube (16) for complementary rotation with the dip tube and the spindle.
