A mineral water producing system comprising an electrolytic tank being supplied with raw water, e.g. city water, a mineral eluting material arranged in the electrolytic tank, and a pair of positive and negative electrodes arranged in the electrolytic tank, wherein mineral water is produced by applying a DC voltage between the electrodes and transmitted to a pouring opening through a water transmission pipe. The mineral water producing system further comprises a chlorine concentration regulating means comprising a main water transmission pipe (60a) and a bypass water transmission pipe (60b) constituted by branching a part of the water transmission pipe (6), and a purification tank (7) for removing effective chlorine component provided in the main water transmission pipe (60a).
