A burner (1) suppliable with a mixture of air and fuel comprises a body (2) of the burner provided with a diffuser in the surface of which openings (3) are made for the exit of said mixture delivered into the body (2) of the burner (1), distributing means (4; 9, 9a, 9b) inserted inside said body (2) of the burner, said distributing means (4; 9, 9a, 9b) comprises a regulating element (9, 9a, 9b) provided with further openings (10, 18) for the transit of said mixture, said regulating element (9, 9a, 9b) being movable within said body (2) of the burner .The body (102) of the burner can be subdivided into a plurality of sectors (110), each one of which is independently suppliable by the other sectors.
