An independent claim is also included for the production of the above pressure vessel comprising applying the mortar layer before concealment in the ground. Preferred Features: The mortar comprises 10-50 wt.% cement, 40-70 wt.% sand and 3-20 wt.% of an energy-absorbing aggregate.
