The building wall construction has a roller shutter housing (20) installed on the lintel (10) of a door or window aperture, and heat insulating panels (30) on the front side of the wall (14). One of the heat insulating panels is installed on the upper side or at least on a section of the upper side of the roller shutter housing and/or on the front side or at least a section of the front side of the roller shutter housing by the interposing of a U-shaped reinforcing layer (36) with a fabric layer and/or metal layer and a mortar layer.
