The device has an upper bracket (12) and three connecting rods transversal to longitudinal axis of the engine, and a connecting rod (17) between two connecting rods (16, 18) provided on both sides of the axis of the engine. Each of the connecting rods (16, 18) has a standby connection. The upper bracket (12) is formed of a span-wise beam (120) fixed rigidly to strut.
