The novel product is a fireproof and waterproof material having a high physical and mechanical yield, the same being resistant to microorganisms, cost-effective and elaborated from chemically functionalized rise husk and polymeric resin by means of a simple, environmentally friendly and easy to implement process, without requiring the use of solvents. Due to its novel synthesizing characteristic, the disclosure includes the features required for a cost-effective composite material, which is characterized for having a high percentage of disposable material; the said material is ideal for the manufacture of different types of panels and a wide range of molded shapes useful for diverse industrial applications.
