PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable in which an insulating layer and an outer conductor layer are strongly adhered, and provide a manufacturing method in which a manufacturing process of the coaxial cable is simple. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable 10 is that in which the insulating layer 12 having a low dielectric constant is installed at the outer periphery of the center conductor 11, a metal powder material 13 is embedded in the outer periphery of the insulating layer 12 having the low dielectric constant, an electroconductive anchor metal layer 14 is formed at the outer periphery of the insulating layer 12 having the low dielectric constant wherein this metal powder material 13 is embedded, and an electrolytic copper plating layer 15 is installed on the surface of this anchor metal layer 14. |
