摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vegetables improved in flavor by eliminating defects of conventional vegetables cultivated in hydroponic culture or open culture, to provide a method for producing the vegetables, and to provide aroma to be used in the method. SOLUTION: These vegetables are such as to be cultivated in hydroponic culture and to be improved in flavor, wherein aroma is internally imparted. These vegetables are produced through the process comprising soaking the roots of vegetables being in the harvest time into aroma-added water or nutrient solution, wherein the aroma-added water or nutrient solution is supplied to the vegetables particularly in the process of hydroponic culture, and the aroma to be used comprises water soluble or water dispersible one.
