PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize long-stored raw rice (one or two years long) as a healthy food having balanced nutrients, and provide an anticancer agent and a feed. SOLUTION: A liquid produced by extracting bamboo or bamboo-grass leaf with an acidic or alkaline liquid is added to the long-stored raw rice to form green rice, which is cooked and formed in a rice ball. The rice ball enriched with amino acids and vitamins is produced by this process. An imitation laver is produced by mixing seasonings, spices, miso and soy sauce powder to non- chlorella, chlorella, enzyme, spore of Ganoderma lucidum, (fruit of Momordica grosvenori), fermented bean curd refuse, stevia tea powder, fermented ginkgo leaf, rhizome of Panax notiginseng and tea powder. The mixture is formed in a film by using a fermented starch as a base material. The rice ball is wrapped with the imitation laver to obtain a healthy food. A healthy drink, an anticancer agent or a feed can be produced by formulating the fruit of Momordica grosvenori and spore of Ganoderma lucidum. |
