The system has two tubes (1, 2), each equipped of a semi-circular groove. A flexible wedge lock (3) is inserted in a circular space formed by the two grooves placed opposite to each other. The lock is pushed by a lateral opening arranged in one of the grooves and covers a distance equal to the circumference of the tubes. A flexible joint (4) is installed in the groove of the tube (2).
