<p>Hard coating film comprises first coating film containing titanium as metal element and nitrogen and carbon as non-metal elements provided on surface of base metal; and second coating film containing nitride, carbon nitride, oxygen nitride, or carbon oxygen nitride provided as uppermost layer. The hard coating film comprises first coating film containing titanium as metal element and nitrogen and carbon as non-metal elements provided on surface of base metal; and second coating film containing nitride, carbon nitride, oxygen nitride, or carbon oxygen nitride, represented by (atom%) Ti ( 1 0 0 -X -Y)CrXSiY, provided as uppermost layer. It is provided that where X: 10 = Cr = 30 and Y: 10 = Si = 40.</p> |
