The invention relates to the processes used in the microtechics, in particular for vegetal samples preparation for microscopic research.For washing is used the Bunsen bulb, installed onto a stand upside down, wherein there are introduced gauze bags with the fixed objects. The bulb is connected to the running water cock by means of a glass tube, passing through the rubber plug, wherein it is mounted the second tube for used water removal from the bulb.The water jet, the pressure of which is manually regulated by opening-closing of the cock, imparts the gauze bags with the fixed samples a turbulent motion.The result: the process provided for the complete washing of the fixative, as well as the integrity of the vegetal samples' tissues and the selective colouring thereof.
