The claimed process comprises the following steps: culturing the yeasts on a medium wherein the sulphur source is represented by a thiazolidin-4-carboxylic acid derivative and the selenium source is sodium selenite chelated in yeast plasmolysate, followed by the separation of the biomass from the culture medium, the plasmolysis of the yeast by heat shock, the cooling of the plasmolysate at the temperature of 4 C, the determination of dry substance, total organic selenium and selenodiglutation content, the mixing of the selenium-containing yeast plasmolysate with maltodextrin and the admixture of other chelated microelements, as well as Zn chelated in Zn proteinate with conditioning additives.</p> |
