The invention relates to the power engineering and may be utilized in the power obtaining installations using the quartz piezoelectric element, rotating with different speeds.The installation contains a body 1, onto which it is mounted a motor 2. In the middle part of the body there is made an axis 3, onto which it is installed a generator 4 in the form of disk with the possibility of rotation. Onto the surface of the disk it is made an axis 5, to which it is attached a spring 7. The other end of the spring is joined with the axis 6, made into the base of the body 1. To the periphery of the generator's disk there are radially made chambers, into each of them being installed a piezoelectric element 8 with load 9.
