The plant is used for growing of marine cultures, in protecting the biological diversity and environment, in the sanitation and the coastal abrasion. It is entirely built under the water, avoiding the use of any metal structures, and cheap materials have been used, in particular old large-sized motorcar tyres. The submarine installation for mussel growing comprises floats (1) fitted at their upper ends to V-shaped collectors (2), in which plastic or rubber cross-beams (3) are fitted, and their lower ends get through or are fixed to loops (5), fitted at their ends by due connections (9), immediately above the base of the installation or at some height above it. The base is made of upper (4), medium (8) and basic layer (10) of old large-sized motorcar tyres, made in a bulk form by means of lateral and longitudinal supporting ropes (11) and stabilized at the sea bottom by reinforced concrete vacuum anchors (6), mounted at both ends of the base of the installation and connected to the layers (10 and 8) of tyres by means of systems of ropes (7).
