PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a sound insulation wall 3 without damaging a wall face and without requiring the labor of workers. SOLUTION: The cleaning device is provided with: wiping rolls 15 provided on a movable vehicle 2 and rotating in accordance with the running of the movable vehicle 2 (master vehicle 1) in contact with the sound insulation wall 3; and a pressing means of pressing the wiping rolls 15 to the sound insulation wall 3 with prescribed pressing force by the turning of an arm 16, and the cleaning of the sound insulation wall 3 is performed without damaging the wall face and without requiring the labor of workers.
