<p>The invention relates to an installation for testing wire fuses having high capacity of opening alternating current circuits, for parameter checking and for plotting the characteristics in stationary duty and in the insertion process. According to the invention, in the installation, the variation of the testing current is achieved by means of an electromagnetic device (DE), by the number of coils (N) of its primary (P), by short-circuiting some secondaries (S1, S1', S2, S3, S3') gradually and continuously, with a potential governor (ATR), associated with one of the secondaries, the electromagnetic core (m) having three columns, of the rotary-current transformer type or of the shell transformer type.</p> |
