Strain of Penicillium viride fungi - producer of pectinases

The invention refers to microbiology, namely to a strain of fungi producing pectinases and may be applied in the microbiological and pharmaceutical industries, for the production of juices and canned fruits and vegetables, in the wine making. The strain of Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 fungi, according to the invention, is deposited with the National Collection of Nonpathogenic Microorganisms of the Republic of Moldova. The strain is characterized by the production of an enzymatic complex possessing a high pectolitic activity.
