An equipment for obtaining a nutritional concentrate from alfalfa that is characterized in that it comprises a mill and a press. Fresh green leaves are introduced into the mill for its grinding. Then, said leaves are pressed for extracting the juice and supplied to a container to heated at simmer flame-temperature of 60 degree C for 15 minutes approximately, thereby the solid fraction is separated from the liquid fraction. Finally it is obtained an alfalfa nutritional concentrate product. |
