FIELD: railway transport; auxiliary facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for lubrication of rails and wheelset flanges using plates of solid antifriction material installed in track. Proposed device has service lubricating plate of solid antifriction material installed in guide members secured on rail, mechanism to feed lubricating plate to zone of interaction of wheelset flange with head of rail. Said mechanism spring lift of lubricating plate secured on rail foot and lubricating plate lift limiters with mechanical drive to prevent running over of rail vehicle wheel. Guide members of lubricating plate are made in form of guide wall rigidly secured vertically between foot and head of rail, with guide surface arranged in plane tangential to lower edge of rail head side face. Guide strips, thickness equal to thickness of lubricating plate, are secured on ends of guide wall at a distance from each other equal to length of lubricating plate. Upper section pf said guide strips is provided with guide deflecting bevels to form clearance between wheel flange and rail head. Supporting plate is secured on guide strips. Lubricating plate lift limiters are installed on ends of supporting plate. Said limiters are made in form of stop heads with drive shafts and riffled working surface, drive shafts being installed in bushings for friction interaction with service lubricating plate and angular turning. Bushings are rigidly secured on supporting plate. Drive shaft of stop head is rigidly connected with spring-loaded pedal provided with arm for interaction with wheel flange. Lubricating plate spring lift is made in form of L-shaped lug for mounting lubricating plate on its flange. L-shaped lug is spring-loaded and installed in vertically secured cup. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of device in operation, prevention of breaking of service lubricating plate, provision of complete utilization of breaking of service lubricating plate, provision of complete utilization of service lubricating plate. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
