FIELD: oil producing industry; petroleum industry; chemical industry; food industry; devices for treatment of organic liquids. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to treatment of organic liquids, in particular, to the device for treatment of organic liquids, which may be used in oil producing industry, petroleum industry and also in chemical industry and food industry. The device contains: a body with a swirl chamber; a coaxial branch-pipe for feeding of an initial organic medium; a branch-pipe for withdrawal of an obtained product; a located in the swirl chamber on its shaft of rotation disk with the radial curvilinear blades facing the branch-pipe inlet for feeding of an initial organic medium. The swirl chamber is supplied with a set on the high-velocity shaft additional disk of the greater diameter with a constant annular clearance between it and the wall of the swirl chamber. On the periphery of the additional disk surface facing the main disk there are gear protrusions uniformly spaced along the whole circumference of the disk surface. The tangential branch-pipe of the obtained product withdrawal is mounted on the level of location of the gear protrusions of the additional disk. The constant annular clearance between the additional disk and the wall of the swirl chamber does not exceed 3.2 mm. The technical result of the invention is production of commercial petroleum of at the places of the petroleum extraction and conversion of the petroleum refinery wastes into the consumable products and minimization of the nonutilizable wastes. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of commercial petroleum at the places of the petroleum extraction and conversion of the petroleum refinery wastes into the consumable products and minimization of the nonutilizable wastes. ^ 4 dwg |
