摘要 FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, antibiotics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for biosynthesis of cephalosporin C in liquid nutrient medium using Acremonium chrysogenum culture. Proposed method involves culturing a producer in liquid nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, mineral salts and vegetable oil under aeration condition and stirring, regulation of the ammonium nitrogen concentration and pH value of the cultural fluid. As a source of polysaccharide the medium comprises maize or potato starch hydrolyzate prepared by treatment of starch with the complex enzyme preparation amylosubtilin with specific activity 600-3 000 U/g. The mass part of starch hydrolyzate in the nutrient medium is 8-10% as measured for starch. The biosynthesis process is carried out for the first 30 h at temperature 28-29oC followed by change of temperature regime and the biosynthesis process at 24-25oC. The process for synthesis of antibiotic is finished after 135-140 h of the growth and in activity of antibiotic 22 500-24 000 U/ml in cultural fluid. The applying invention provides enhancing activity in synthesis of antibiotic from 20 000-22 000 U/ml to 22 500-24 000 U/ml and to reduce time for the biosynthesis process from 140-150 h to 135-140 h. ^ EFFECT: improved method for synthesis. ^ 3 ex
