FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing bacterial polysaccharides. Exopolysaccharides are prepared by culturing the stain-producer Acinetobacter sp. IMB B-7005 under condition of aeration at 28-30oC in nutrient medium containing an aqueous solution of mineral salts, yeast autolyzate as the source of growth factors and ethyl alcohol as a source of carbon nutrition followed by isolation of exopolysaccharides formed. Prepared exopolysaccharides comprise significant amount of fatty acids that provides the more high viscosity of their solutions: in presence of mono- and bivalent cations, at low pH values, low shift rates in system copper-glycine. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 2 ex |
