FIELD: biotechnology, sanitary microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing nutrient medium used for accumulation of biomass of vaccine strain of plague microorganism. Nutrient medium comprises as a base equal volumes of enzymatic hydrolyzates of beef meat and soybeans, microbiological agar, sodium chloride, sodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium sulfate and distilled water.
