FIELD: machine engineering, possibly bending metallic shapes. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing in which are mounted: punch joined through intermediate plate with cylinder rod and spring-loaded axle-mounted dies engaging through levers with cylinder rod. Apparatus also includes mechanism for preventing distortion of shape. Said mechanism has spring-loaded filler unit in the form of set of small plates stringed on wires joined with spring-loaded pins passing through oval openings of carriage and of spring-loaded stopper. Unit for fixing filler unit is in the form of regulated spring-loaded stoppers with grooves in which pushers are mounted. Said pushers are joined through levers with rods of cylinders. There is also release mechanism having pushing out pins secured at one side to rods of cylinders and at other side - to pushers. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of bending process, improved quality of parts. ^ 7 dwg |
