FIELD: medicine, cosmetology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for complex processing brown algae, to a method for complex processing brown algae for preparing preparation of medicinal and cosmetology designation. Vegetable raw is treated with ethanol, extract is separated, ethanol is distilled off and concentrate of biologically active and low-molecular compounds is prepared. Then treated algae are extracted, extract is concentrated, neutralized and the concentrate comprising polysaccharide-1 representing a mixture of laminaran and fucoidan is prepared. Mixture is neutralized and fucoidan (F1) and laminaran (L1) are precipitated successively, algae residue is extracted twice, extracts are combined, concentrated, dried and polysaccharide-2 representing a mixture of laminaran, fucoidan and polymannuronic acid is prepared. Value pH is brought about to the definite value, polymannuronic acid precipitate is separated, precipitate is dissolved, neutralized and polymannuronic acid (M) salt is precipitated, supernatant is neutralized and fucoidan (F2) and laminaran (L2) are precipitated successively. Then algae residue is subjected for alkaline treatment, extract is concentrated, neutralized, polysaccharide-3 representing alginic acid (A) salt is precipitated and precipitate is washed out and dried. Method provides the complex processing brown algae and to obtain individual preparations of acid and neutral polysaccharides simultaneously, and concentrate of low-molecular biologically active substances. ^ EFFECT: improved processing method. ^ 8 cl, 7 tbl, 2 dwg, 6 ex |
