FIELD: biotechnology, antibiotics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing antibiotic showing the broad spectrum effect, namely cephalosporin C. Method involves isolation of cephalosporin C from the cultural fluid filtrate obtained in the process of biosynthesis using sorption procedure on non-ionogenic synthetic sorbent. Desorption of the end product is carried out with an aqueous-organic solution, the prepared eluate is passed through anion-exchange resin and desorbed with electrolyte an aqueous solution. Then eluate is concentrated using method of membrane osmosis under pressure from 1.8 to 2.9 Ma at temperature from 10oC to 15oC to obtain the concentrated eluate with the content of cephalosporin C from 80 to 120 mg/ml. Antibiotic is precipitated from the prepared concentrated eluate as an alkaline salt by the known methods. The application of method provides enhancing the yield of cephalosporin C, to improve ecology due to reducing consumption of organic solvents. ^ EFFECT: improved isolating method. ^ 5 ex |
