FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of thin-wall parts by explosion forming. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing envelope in die provided with seals; evacuating space between die and outer side of envelope; explosion forming at using transmitting medium due to successively initiating charges of explosion matter beginning from less diameter; selecting charge value and spacing from base according to part configuration; arranging seals in zone of technological allowances nearer to ends; preliminarily making annular grooves on outer side of technological allowance zones of small and large bases of envelope. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of parts due to increased accuracy degree of their contour, lowered cost for making parts. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
