FIELD: medicine, phthisiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce silver water into patient's respiratory tract at concentration of 0.5-1.0 mg/l water at the quantity of 30-50 ml in the form of aerosols or through a catheter introduced through patient's nose into trachea or bronchi or through thoracic intercostals puncture directly into a cavern, daily during 2-4 mo. The present innovation enables to take algorithms of antituberculosis chemotherapy, at primary and secondary resistance to tubercular mycobacteria, among them. It, also, provides abacillation of tubercular mycobacteria in patient's sputum. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 tbl |
