The trap has a mask (M) made of a conductive material and arranged along an axis (XX) and electrically connected to an electrode (G1). Dimensions of the mask in a plane perpendicular to the axis are lower than that of an electrode opening. Electrodes (G1,G2) for forming an electron beam and an electron emissive cathode (K) are arranged in series in the axis.
